The company is shepherded by RICCI OSSEI ASARE who is apparently the son of seasoned British trained Chartered Accountant and Tax Consultant the late MICHAEL ANIN- AGYEI ASARE and NANA APEATUAA 111 reigning Queen Mother of Akyem Asunafo who is a retired Teacher / Textile Designer and a Mixologist. When Ricci was born he was . named after his famous uncle Ricci Ossei whose wife at the time was former Chief Justice Her Ladyship Justice Sophia A.B. Akuffo.. Ricci Ossei (St. Ossei ) is credited to be Ghana‟s premier international Fashion Designer, creator of patch and waist band jeans, and was also the father of hip-life megastar Reggie Ossei alias Reggie Rockstone . Ricci Ossei Asare realized the need to carve a niche for himself by dint of hard work with these distinguished and great personalities in his life, whom he saw as role models from infancy.

Ricci is a Belgian-trained private detective and Sales & marketing professional and has acquired vast post-qualification experience in investigations and sales and marketing. Ricci worked in several companies in Ghana, such as Cave & Gardens GH. Ltd. as National Controller, Apex Industries as National Head, COB-A Industries as Marketing Manager (Research & Intelligence), WFO Advisors as Country Director, Densu Industries as Sales & Marketing Manager, Expert Consult as Business Development Manager, and other renowned companies as well. Ricci holds academic and professional qualifications from Nigeria, Belgium, United Kingdom and Canada.

Ricci is also the founder of SAINT REVOBOOM ROYAL, a cocktail processing plant and distribution firm that produces Revoboom Cocktails with varieties such as Revoboom Mix Fruit Drink Mango, Revoboom Chapman Mix Fruit Drink, and Revoboom Coconut Pineapple Fruit Juice Drink on the market.
